Helpful Hints

To find the most  recent documents, or documents from a specific time frame, include a year (most, if not all, of the document on the CER website include a year, and often a month as well):

    example:    1998
                                           or
                (1998 and 1997)

To search just CER's Monthly Letter to Friends, Education Forum or other specific area, include that phrase in the search language:

example:    "monthly letter" and (Minnesota or MN)
                                            or
                "education forum" and (chester finn)

To search for information on a particular state, search for both the state and the two letter abbreviation:

example:    (Michigan or MI) and charter
