SCHOOL CHOICE IN HARRISBURG
Students, parents and educators head the to steps of the Pennsylvania Capitol on Tuesday, November 15, to show support for a proposal that is now pending in the House, to provide children in the lowest 5% of failing schools a scholarship to attend a successful school of choice.
