State House member Janet Mills will be the new Governor, and outside of California and New York may present the biggest challenge to supporters of new thinking in education. She appears to be in lockstep with the current education establishment’ 20thcentury thinking and solutions. However as believers that “the truth will set you free”, CER will make sure Governor Mills and her administration know the truth about the new paths to success that exist for America’s students, and that this will set her free to consider alternatives.
