10 Years for Charter Schools: CER Kicks Off National Campaign for Charter Schools (2001)
April 25, 2001. Marking the Tenth Anniversary of charter schools, the Second Annual National Charter Schools Week begins Monday through Friday, April 30-May 4, and will be observed by thousands of commemorative events and celebrations in most states.
